Clinton graduated from the University of Eastern Kentucky with a degree in Music education. After completing his degree, he earned his master's in Social Work at the University of Kentucky. Clinton has been working with young children, adolescents, and adults in some capacity for nearly a decade. He has experience in mental health care, ranging from school social work, utilizing community supports, completing mental health assessments, and working with clients and their families in the homes. Clinton is working towards earning his LCSW status and looks forward to continuing to develop and expand his client base and skill set.
Clinton utilizes CBT, DBT, mindfulness meditation strategies, motivational interviewing, and solutions-based therapies to best support his clients towards achieving a healthier version of themselves. Clinton's technique of working with clients is heavily rooted in a client-centered approach focused on meeting his clients where they are. Clinton possesses unconditional positive regard for all of his clients and is passionate about assisting individuals toward reaching their desired potential.
