OIivia Ehrbar

Olivia graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Olivia became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2018 and is certified in Trauma-focused CBT (Tf-CBT). Additionally, Olivia is currently working towards obtaining her DBT certification. She has over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of community settings. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions to support her clients in navigating life's challenges, with the aim of developing a greater sense of self and experiencing improved interpersonal relationships along the way. Olivia believes first and foremost in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, and is dedicated to creating a welcoming and safe space where you can come as you are and work collaboratively to achieve your therapeutic goals.
